Cardiff Metropolitan University at MUBS is dedicated to academic excellence and lifelong learning for individuals in the Middle East and beyond. It is the fruit of the partnership between Modern University for Business and Science (MUBS) and several British Universities most notably of which is that with Cardiff Metropolitan University (CMet) for offering dual degrees programmes in Lebanon. This partnership was launched under the auspice of the British Ambassador to Lebanon HE Mr. Tom Fletcher in September 2012. We also partner with Staffordshire University UK to offer the Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) programme. MUBS also partners with Durham University (UK) on research and exchange of knowledge through mobility programmes.

The Programme bases its educational philosophy and standards of education on the British model of higher education. Cardiff Metropolitan University/MUBS is passionately committed to creating equal opportunities for students, faculty and staff to be part of the education process. The programme responds to globalization by fostering the international dimensions in higher education while emphasizing a respect for diversity and cultural exchange. Graduates of the British Programme are capable of being active contributors to a positive and sustainable change. Through the partnership between Cardiff Metropolitan University and MUBS, undergraduate students are offered double degrees in Business and Management Studies, as well as at the postgraduate level with the following Programmes: Masters of Business Administration, MBA in Project Management, MBA in Health Sector Management, MBA in Marketing and MBA in Human Resource Management.
